What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a biopsychosocialspiritual model that uses yogic tools to bring you improved health, ease of movement, and a more centered life.
In yoga therapy, unlike group classes, clients seek to address particular concerns through such tools as postures, breath practices, visualization, and meditation.
This approach is based on viewing the individual as a multi-layered being.
